Vote 2015 – Port Moody–Coquitlam
CPAC's David Kincaid reports on the new riding of Port Moody–Coquitlam. This redrawn riding in B.C.'s Lower Mainland includes parts of two former ridings: one held by the NDP's Fin Donnelly, New Westminster–Coquitlam, and the other, Port Moody–Westwood–Port Coquitlam, by Conservative James Moore. Tim Laidler, an Afghan war vet and Executive Director of the Veterans' Transition network is running for the Conservatives. The New Democrat candidate Fin Donnelly was first elected in a 2009 by-election and won a 2,200-vote margin in 2011. The Liberal candidate is Jessie Adcock, the city of Vancouver's Chief Digital Officer. The Green candidate is Marcus Madsen a former logistics expert with Lufthansa.
