Daughters of the Vote – Session in the House of Commons

On March 8, 2017, participants in Daughters of the Vote take their seats in the House of Commons to hear addresses by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, former prime minister Kim Campbell, Opposition Leader Rona Ambrose, and others. The initiative, which coincides with International Women’s Day, is organized by Equal Voice Canada with the goal of inspiring the participation of young women in Canadian politics.
