Adam Dodek, a professor of law at the University of Ottawa, joins host Peter Van Dusen to provide historical analysis.

On December 16, 1980, the committee hears testimony from Del Riley, Sykes Powderface, Doug Sanders, William T. Babcock, and Wallace LaBillois, representing the National Indian Brotherhood.

On December 15, 1980, the committee hears from James Gosnell, Rod Robinson, Percy Tate, Donald Rosenbloom, and Stuart Leggatt, representing the Nishga Tribal Council.
