Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Veterans Affairs Minister Seamus O'Regan and Canada's Ambassador to France Isabelle Hudon visit the Canadian National Vimy Memorial in northern France. The memorial honours the Canadians who served during the First World War. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the armistice to end the war. More than 60,000 Canadians were killed and another 172,000 were injured in the war between 1914 and 1918. (November 10, 2018) (no interpretation)
