Cannabis Bill Passes Senate Vote and Advances to Committee Stage
Peter Harder, the government's representative in the Senate, speaks with reporters following the vote at second reading on the government's bill to legalize cannabis. The Upper Chamber voted 44-29 in favour of further study of the bill, allowing it to proceed to committee.
