Fisheries Council President Comments on Arctic Surf Clam Controversy

Paul Lansbergen, president of the Fisheries Council of Canada, holds a news conference on Parliament Hill to discuss the controversy surrounding the federal government’s decision to award a lucrative Arctic surf clam fishing licence to the Five Nations Clam Company.
