In Committee from the House of Commons
Foreign Affairs and International Development - May 17, 2016
Charitable organizations are among the witnesses as the committee resumes its study of the Canadian government's countries of focus for bilateral development assistance. MPs first hear from the following witnesses: World Vision Canada representatives Jamie McIntosh (vice-president of programs and policy) and Rachel Logel Carmichael (team leader of programs and policy), CARE Canada's Santiago Alba-Corral (senior director of international development), and UNICEF Canada's Carleen McGuinty (deputy director of international policy and programs). A trio of academics then appear as individuals on the second panel: Stephen Brown (School of Political Studies University of Ottawa), Lauchlan T. Munro (director, School of International Development and Global Studies, University of Ottawa) and François Audet (School of Management, Université du Québec à Montréal). (May 17, 2016)
