Natural Resources Minister Joe Oliver discussed the federal government's priorities in the energy sector.

Oliver, who was appointed to his position in May 2011, was questioned on issues such as clean energy initiatives, the Lower Churchill hydroelectric project, and the controversial Keystone XL pipeline. The proposed $7-billion project would export raw bitumen from oil-sands in Alberta to refineries in Texas.
