Senators continued their new study of additions to reserves (ATR), which refers to land that is added to existing or new reserves. The selected land is subject to a 12-step review and approval process.

The witnesses were Ontario Regional Chief Angus Toulouse and from the Long Plain First Nation, Chief David Meeches, Long Plain Trust executive director Vincent Perswain, special projects officer Tim Daniels and Elder Ernie Daniels.
