Senators focused their discussion on book prices as they continued their special study of potential reasons for Canada-U.S. price discrepancies.

The following witnesses testified: Carol Osmond from the Canadian Association of Importers and Exporters; Chris Tabor from Campus Stores Canada; Heather Bindseil of the Association of Canadian Book Wholesalers (via videoconference from Vancouver); Zachary Dayler from the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations; and Mark Lefebvre and Christopher Smith, both representing the Canadian Booksellers Association.
