The commanders of Canada's navy, army, and air force provided an overview of the state of the Canadian Forces. Vice-Admiral Paul Maddison, chief of the naval staff, Lieutenant-General Peter Devlin, chief of the army staff, and Lieutenant-General André Deschamps, chief of the air force staff, discussed some of the issues and challenges facing their respective services.
