Senior Treasury Board officials discussed the main estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. These estimates contain planned budgetary expenditures for more than 130 federal organizations.

Bill Matthews spoke about this year’s estimates and how they were reached. His colleagues Marcia Santiago and Sally Thornton also responded to senators’ questions and elaborated on specific details concerning their department’s work.
