Senators continued their study on the management of the grey seal population off Canada’s East Coast.

Chief Roy S. Jones, Jr., president of Pacific Balance Consulting Inc., appeared before the committee to discuss the relationship between the excessive seal population and the diminishing number of salmon. Jones also discussed the nutritional benefits of seal consumption.
