In Committee from the Senate of Canada - Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources – March 29, 2012

The committee continued its study of Canada’s energy sector with testimony from senior officials from the Government of Ontario.

David Lindsay, the province’s deputy minister of energy, spoke about green energy opportunities, carbon reductions, and long-term investments.

John Norman, who is the department’s director of transmission and distribution policy, also responded to questions on topics including the cost of new initiatives and the time-of-use electricity program.
