In Committee from the Senate of Canada - National Defence – June 11, 2012


Major-General Michael Day, former Deputy Commanding General of the NATO Training Mission in Afghanistan, appeared before the committee to discuss lessons learned during Canadian Forces operations in Afghanistan.

Day spoke about his personal experiences in Afghanistan and responded to questions from senators on topics including training methods, remaining threats, and the outlook for the future.
