Senators heard from officials representing National Defence and the Canadian Forces. Martin Green, Maj.-Gen. Jonathan Vance, Col. P.K. Gleeson, and Lt. Colonel Chris Penny all discussed progress in implementing the Convention on Cluster Munitions. Witnesses outlined Canada’s progress thus far, as well the convention's benefits.
