Rob Cunningham of the Canadian Cancer Society discusses health policies in the tobacco industry. Flory Doucas from the Coalition québécoise pour le contrôle du tabac and Michael Perley with the Ontario Campaign for Action on Tobacco discuss labelling regulations and contraband prevention of tobacco in Quebec and Ontario.

In the second panel, Jean Daudelin from Carleton University and economist Nachum Gabler outline the public and national security as well as economic implications of contraband tobacco distribution in Canada.

Lloyd Phillips of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke talks about resource trading on reserves and its implications on tobacco trafficking.
