Privacy Commissioner Jennifer Stoddart discusses her privacy concerns with a proposed bill (C-377) that requires labour organizations to publicly disclose all financial transactions over $5,000. Senior General Counsel and Director General, Patricia Kosseim provides additional testimony.

UPDATE: On June 26, the Senate passed amendments to Bill C-377 and sent it back to the House of Commons.
