Caitlin Imrie, Maia Welbourne, James McNamee, and Jean-Pierre Lamarche, who are all senior officials with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, testify about Divisions 4 and 16 of Part 3. These divisions changes the definition of “passport” in the Criminal Code and amends the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. (November 20, 2013)
