Council of Canadians with Disabilities representatives Vangelis Nikias and Brendon D. Pooran (who is also representing the Canadian Association for Community Living), and Tim Ames and Joel Crocker, who are both with the Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network, outline their respective organizations and discuss as well the legal aspects of opening a RDSP.

The witnesses address some of the difficulties associated with the plans and provide details to simplify the application process.
