Senators continue their pre-study of Bill C-15, the Northwest Territories Devolution Act. The legislation will transfer the decision-making and administration of land and resource management from the federal government to the N.W.T.

Wayne Walsh, Tara Shannon and Alison Lobsinger, who are all senior officials with Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, and Tom Isaac from the Department of Justice provide technical details about the bill. (December 12, 2013)
