Darren Hannah and Randy Hopkins, who are both with the Canadian Bankers Association, Trevor Philp of BMO Global Asset Management and Ann Elise Alexander from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) outline possible solutions that may ease some of the difficulties associated with the process in which RDSPs can be obtained.
