The committee hears from Robert Eves and Paula Robeson, representatives from Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse, on the need to create a unified and standardized monitoring system for prescription drug abuse and misuse in the government’s National Anti-Drug Strategy. Also testifying is Susan Ulan, co-chair of the Coalition on Prescription Drug Misuse, who speaks on her organization’s experience in Alberta. (February 5, 2014)
