Richard Kent and Arnold Lazare from the Aboriginal Firefighters Association of Canada outline their organization and discuss a legislative framework to improve fire prevention in Aboriginal communities. John De Hooge of the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs provides some background on his organization and discusses how to strengthen first nations fire prevention and protection.
