The committee continues its study on the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP), a special bank account which allows for long-term financial savings for individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities. Sébastien G. Desmarais (Tierney Stauffer LLP), Nimali Gamage (Goddard Gamage Stephens LLP), Laura Tamblyn Watts (British Columbia Law Institute), Adam Dodek (Law Commission of Ontario), and Sarah Mason-Case (Law Commission of Ontario) form a panel to discuss the challenges for individuals to appoint a legal representative and the issue of keeping that legal representative accountable to the RDSP account owner.
