Senators discuss the challenges relating to First Nations infrastructure on reserves. Executive Director Bob Howsam and President Wes Bova of the Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation provide a technical perspective and highlight some of the challenges encountered when delivering infrastructure to meet the needs of the citizens. Senators also hear from the First Nations of Alberta Technical Services Advisory Group's Chief Executive Officer Vaughn Paul who reports on the technical aspects of Alberta's challenges relating to infrastructure.
