The Senators continue their study on non-renewable and renewable energy development in Canada’s three northern territories. Representatives from Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, Michel Chénier and Catherine Conrad, speak on the north’s unique energy challenges and the region’s great potential for energy and resource development. Assisting the witnesses during questioning is Terrence Hubbarb from Natural Resources Canada. (April 29, 2014)
