Representatives from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency defend their User Fee Proposal to charge overtime fees. Tony Ritchie, executive director of the Strategic Policy and International Affairs, and Linda Webster, director of the Strategic Partnership Division, argue that overtime fees will help with cost recovery and will relieve tax payers from paying the agency’s overtime wages.
