Senators continue their study on the impacts of recent changes to the immigration system on official language minority communities. Jocelyne Lalonde, executive director, national secretariat, of the Consortium national de formation en santé and of the Association des universités de la francophonie canadienne, testifies at the committee. She speaks about measures that the CNFS and the AUFC would like to take to ensure that immigrants and foreign students be trained and become employable. The CNFS is comprised of 11 university and college institutions across Canada and the AUFC represents 14 francophone or bilingual institutions. (May 5, 2014)
