Ontario Provincial Police detective inspector Paul Beesley discusses the proposed disclosure of taxpayer information to the appropriate police organization in circumstances where the information relates to a serious offence. Darren Hannah, the acting vice president of policy and operations for the Canadian Bankers Association talks about the possibility of amending the Income Tax Act to introduce consequential information reporting requirements between Canada and the United States.
