Steve Harris, the director of history and heritage at National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces, Brad White, dominion secretary for the Royal Canadian Legion, and Lieutenant-Colonel Perry Poirier discuss the amendment to recognize the historic names of the Royal Canadian Navy, the Canadian Army and the Royal Canadian Air Force. (May 12, 2014) UPDATE: Bill C-31 received royal assent on June 19.
