Representatives from the Prince Albert Grand Council testify as part of the committee’s ongoing study of challenges related to First Nations housing and infrastructure. The council represents 12 First Nations located in central and northern Saskatchewan. Frank Bighead, the council’s director of technical services, provides details about the province’s success in building quality housing on reserves for minimal resources.
