The United Nations Children’s Fund’s (UNICEF) Yasmin Haque, deputy director of the Office of Emergency Programmes, and Francois Ducharme, emergency specialist at the Office of Emergency Programmes, discuss the on-the-ground challenges that their organization is facing when helping Syrian children in refugee camps.
