Inter Pares’ Rebecca Wolsak provides the Senators with a summary of Burma’s history and gives context for the Southeast Asian nation’s ethnic conflict. Appearing alongside Ms. Wolsak is a delegation of health care workers from Burma which includes Dr. Cynthia Maung (director of the Mao Tao Clinic), Saw Nay Htoo (program director of the Burma Medical Association), and Gary Rozema (program coordinator for the Burma Relief Centre).
