Clint Williams and Roy Francis of the Silammon First Nation, Tom Molloy from Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, and Gloria Chao from the Department of Justice Canada, discuss Bill C-34, an Act to give effect to the Tla'amin Final Agreement and to make consequential amendments to other Acts. The Tla'amin Nation is located north of Powell River in British Columbia and is one of twenty indigenous Coast Salish tribes of western Canada. (June 10, 2014) UPDATE: Bill C-34 received royal assent on June 19.
