Senators hear from Melynda Jarratt with the organization Canadian War Brides and Yuen Pau Woo from the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada during the second panel. The last panel is made up of Sheryl Saperia from the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and Timothy Edwards of the Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers.
