Senators continue their study of Bill S-6, which would amend the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Act.

Ruth Massie, the grand chief of the Council of Yukon First Nations and her legal counsel Daryn R. Leas, chief Eric Fairclough from the Little-Salmon/Carmacks First Nation and Champagne and Aishihik First Nations representatives Mary Jane Jim, Brian MacDonald and Roger Brown discuss their concerns with the proposed legislation. David Morrison, the president and CEO of the Yukon Energy Corporation also addresses some issues with the bill. (September 25, 2014)
