Health Minister Rona Ambrose and department officials Anne Lamar and David K. Lee respond to questions about proposed legislation to strengthen Canada's prescription drug-monitoring system. Bill C-17 is known as Vanessa's Law in honour of Conservative MP Terence Young's 15-year-old daughter, who died in 2000 of a heart attack caused by a prescription drug that later was deemed unsafe and removed from the market.
