Senators continue their study on the importance of bees and bee health in the production of honey, food and seed in Canada.

Entomologist Jerry J. Bromenshenk and Colin B. Henderson, who specializes in plant and animal biochemical interaction briefly talk about their work with chemical and explosives detecting “sniffer bees”, and then discuss, in greater detail, the effects neonicotinoids have on the health of honey bees.
