Senators resume their study on non-renewable and renewable energy development in Canada's three northern territories. The study will focus on issues including energy storage, distribution, transmission, consumption, and other emerging technologies. Tim Weis, Alberta regional director of the Canadian Wind Energy Association, and John Gorman, president and CEO of the Canadian Solar Industries Association, outline the goals of their respective groups and the growth of both industries.
