In their study of Bill S-205, an Act to amend the Official Languages Act, the Senators hear testimony from witnesses about the best practices for language policies and second-language learning in minority Francophone communities. Appearing in front of the committee are Ghislaine Pilon, acting executive director of the Commission nationale des parents francophones, and Roger Paul, executive director of the Fédération nationale des conseils scolaires francophones.
