Ernie Daniels, the president and CEO of the First Nations Finance Authority, along with his colleague and the organization’s COO, Steve Berna discuss their mandate and need to narrow the infrastructure gap on reserves. Committee members also hear from the First Nations Financial Management Board’s executive chair Harold Calla, David Crate, the chief of the Fisher River Cree Nation in Manitoba and member of the National Aboriginal Economic Development Board, as well as former Senator Gerry St. Germain, who now serves as an advisor to the First Nations Financial Management Board.
