Dustin Chodorowicz and Stephen Hignell, respectively partner and manager at the consulting firm Nordicity, discuss some of the challenges faced by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The witnesses touch on their firm’s report entitled “Analysis of Government Support for Public Broadcasting and Other Culture in Canada”. The CBC commissioned Nordicity to conduct the study in 2006. The firm has updated the study four times, most recently in October 2013.
