Senators continues their study on operational stress injuries (OSIs) such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Lieutenant-General David Millar, chief of military personnel, and Colonels Hugh MacKay, Andrew Downes and Rakesh Jetly from the Canadian Forces Health Services Group discuss mental health issues and some of the supports they offer to serving and retired members of the Canadian Armed Forces who are experiencing such illnesses.
