The committee continues its study of best practices for language policies and second-language learning. Moktar Lamari, director of the Centre for Research and Expertise in Evaluation, presents the research on English as a second language teaching in Quebec elementary schools. The Centre is part of the École nationale d’administration publique.
Suzanne Longpré and Donna Aziz, respectively the communications officer and a second-language consultant at LEARN, discusses the organization services , accomplishments and newest project. Their organization’s mandate is to meet the needs of English-speaking students and of students who are in English schools in Quebec. (February 16, 2015)
