Senators continue their study of challenges relating to First Nations infrastructure on reserves. Jacques Nadeau, director of the national programs for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, and his colleague Theo Breedon, manager of program development, discuss the FCM’s Community Infrastructure Partnership Program (CIPP). The committee also hears from two of the program’s participants, who are testifying via videoconference from B.C.: Pete Erickson, capital, housing and lands administrator for the Nak'azdli Band, Rob MacDougall, mayor of Fort St. James, and Kevin Crook, chief administrative officer for the district.
