Senators continue their examination on challenges relating to First Nations infrastructure on reserves. Ontario’s auditor general Bonnie Lysyk discusses the provinces report on the alternative financing and procurement process (AFP’s) which was published in the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario’s 2014 report. Naresh Debidin (director, project development – federal) and Stefan Dery (director, investments) from PPP Canada discuss the use of public-private partnerships (P3’s) and their use by First Nations people to help address infrastructural needs.
