In Committee from the Senate of Canada - Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources - March 12, 2015

Senators conduct their clause-by-clause review of Bill C-40. The bill will create Canada’s first national urban park, the Rouge National Urban Park in the Greater Toronto Area. The proposed park would be 16 times larger than Central Park in New York City, making it one of the largest urban parks in the world. (March 12, 2015)
