Former senator JoAnne Buth (CEO) of the Canadian International Grains Institute discusses her organization’s goal to have Canadian grain and field crops to be globally recognized as the preferred choice for end use product application. Ken Whitehurst (executive director) from the Consumers Council of Canada and Myles Frosst (advisor to president) of the Consumers Association of Canada discuss the relationship between regulations and reports in terms of food products.
