Testifying at this hearing are the following witnesses: Sue O'Sullivan (federal ombudsman for victims of crime); Sharon Rosenfeldt (president of Victims of Violence - Canadian Centre for Missing Children); Megan Walker (executive director of the London Abused Women's Centre); Michael Spratt (member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association); and Catherine Latimer (executive director of the John Howard Society of Canada).
